The Privacy Policy covers the practices for handling and securing your Personal Information by AquillaHikes.
This Privacy Policy is applicable to persons who purchase any product or services from AquillaHikes through any Sales Channel of AquillaHikes (like website, mobile site & offline channels including call centres and retail offices).

User Information
‘Personal Information’ means and includes all information that can be linked to a specific individual or to identify any individual, such as name, address, mailing address, telephone number, email address, about the user, gender, website, social profile and any and all details that may be necessary from the customer. We Don't collect or store any transactional data like (credit card or debit card information) from the customer.
To get such personal informtion we use Google and Facebook oAuth API to verify & authenticate the user.
WHAT WE GET FROM FACEBOOK ?
We collect user-profile, email-address, about-user, friend-list, birthday and hometown from Facebook Authentication app via website.
WHAT WE GET FROM GOOGLE PLUS ?
We collect user-profile, email-address, about-user, friend-list, birthday and hometown from Google Plus Authentication API via our website.

Declaration
AquillaHikes declares that information collected from Facebook Authentication will be kept safely to improve user experience. We don't sell any data of users. Basic Information can be provided to the third party as per your booking requirement.

Payment Policy
To finalize the trip, complete payment should be received before date of journey. Intital booking amount should be paid in advance according to the following laws.
Weekend Getaways- 1Night/2days , 2 Nights /3 days

The Complete amount to be paid by Wednesday evening.
Long Trips and Treks

4000/ 5000 INR per person is the booking amount

75% of the trip/trek cost to be paid 20 days before the trip departure date.

100% of the trip/trek cost to be paid 10 days before the trip departure date
Independent Tours

50% of the trip amount to be paid as booking amount

Remaining 25% to be paid 30 days before the departure date

Full amount to be paid 25 days before the departure date.

Cancellation Policy
No cancellations will be taken over call or whatsapp msg. Please reply to the email of payment receipt that you have received at the time of booking.

44 Days to 30 days of Departure date. 10% of total Trip cost along with the booking amount will be charged as cancellation fee.

19 Days to 10 Days of Departure date. 50% of the total trip cost along with the booking amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.

10 Days to 6 Days of Departure date. 75% of the total trip cost will be charged as cancellation fee.

6 Days to Trip Departure date. 100% of the total trip cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.

Trips and Treks - 3 Night / 4 Days and above

Free Cancellation upto 60 days before the departure date

Independent Tours - Domestic

Free Cancellation upto 60 days before the departure date. Land Package only, flights as per the operator's cancellation policy

📣 Incase of government orders, harsh weather conditions , protests , landslides or any other unforseen circumstances , we work out the best possible alternate plans or trips/treks. At times even even certain activities are cancelled , the organization provides the best alternate but no refunds are provided.
📣 If a trek is called off at the last moment due to a natural calamity/unforeseen circumstances (like rain, snowfall, earthquake, landslides, strike, bandh etc.), AquillaHikes will issue a trek voucher for the full amount and if possible will provide an alternate trek. The voucher can be redeemed upto same amount for the same trek or another trek in the next 365 days from the trek departure date.
📣 If a trek or trip cannot be completed due to natural calamity/unforeseen circumstances (like rain, snowfall, earthquake, landslides, strike, bandh etc.). No refund would be provided.
📣 Any extra expense coming due to any natural calamity/unforeseen circumstances (like rain, snowfall, earthquake, landslides, strike, bandh etc.), Will be beared by customer. Company will not be liable.
📣 Cancellations policy will differ during the peak season and popular places.
