DAY 0 : Delhi TO Guptkashi | OVERNIGHT JOURNEY

• Depart from Delhi's Jor Bagh Metro Station for an overnight journey to Guptkashi.
• Meet the team captain at Departure Location and get a TOUR briefing After which, we’ll head out on an overnight journey to Guptkashi

DAY 1 : Arrival in Guptkashi

• Catch some tourist attractions on the way to Guptkashi.
• Enjoy the beautiful valleys, fresh air and tall mountains on your long drive through the winding roads of the Himalayas.
• Visit some famous tourist attractions like - Devprayag (Sangam of Bhagirathi and Alaknanda, Maa Dhari Devi Temple on your way to Guptkashi.
• Reach Guptkashi and check-in to your rooms. The rest of the day is left for your leisure to rest and to wake-up fresh on the next day.
• Dinner and overnight stay in Guptkashi.

DAY 2 : Guptkashi- Sitapur-Kedarnath Trek

• Wake up early to witness the beautiful sunrise and post breakfast check out from our hotel.
• Drive to Sitapur and take a local jeep from there to Gaurikund (Excluded).
• Begin your trek to Kedarnath Dham - one of the Char Dham of Uttarakhand.
• You can also choose Pony/Doli/Helicopter for the trek at your own cost.
• Reach Kedarnath Dham by late evening. After arriving in Kedarnath, check in to our Guest House/Campsite, freshen up, and have some leisure time
• Take your dinner and overnight stay.

Day 3: Kedarnath to Gaurikund - Sitapur - Guptakshi

• If you mised visiting the temple the previous day, you can visit in the early morning hours.
• Light breakfast before the trek. Begin your descent to Gaurikund .
• After reaching Gaurikund, take your pre-arranged vehicle back to Sitapur.
• Relax at your hotel and stay in Guptkashi.
• Take Your dinner and Overnight Stay.

Day 4 :Dep​​​​​​​art for Delhi via Rishikesh

• After having breakfast we'll take a drive for Rishikesh which will be around 4-5 hrs drive from Guptkashi.
• Stop for lunch en route
• Rishikesh Arrival - Explore Rishikesh like Laxman Jhula, Ram Jhula, Triveni Ghat.
• Dinner at Rishikesh or nearby.
• Depart for Delhi in evening and Reach Delhi by next morning 05:00 AM

Day 5 :Arrival in Delhi I Early Morning

✅Transportation from Delhi to Delhi by AC coach.
✅Accommodation for three nights in camps/rooms/cottages.
✅Meals ( 3 Breakfast and 3 Dinners)
✅The Trip Captain will be present at all times during the trip.

✅Driver Allowance, Toll Taxes and other state taxes

❌ Any extra meals apart from the ones mentioned under inclusions.
❌ Travel Insurance, items of personal nature like porterage, tips, laundry etc.
❌ Any entry fees, extra expenses for optional activities , room heaters or tickets, unless quoted in Inclusions.
❌ Cost of snow-chained or 4*4 Vehicle if needed due to heavy snowfall.
❌ Any other costing involved due to circumstances like natural calamity. weather conditions, riots, roadblocks, landslides or any other forced circumstances which are out of our control.
❌ GST (5%) is applicable extra.
❌ Anything which is not mentioned in the above inclusions.

The advance amount is non-refundable under any circumstances.

No refunds shall be made towards any inclusion(s) not availed by the Client.

Full Payment of the trip cost must be made before the trip begins. Pending Payments may eventually lead to the cancellation of the trip.

The IDs will be verified before boarding. No boarding shall be entertained without a valid Govt. ID.

The Transfer of the bookings is not permitted. Only the names mentioned at the time of confirmation shall be allowed to travel.

Travelers must take care of their luggage & belongings. The management shall not be accountable for missing items along the tour.

The time of departure is stated & fixed. All travelers must update their status with the Trip Coordinator(s), & report at the pickup point 30 mins prior to the scheduled departure.

The Air Conditioning will be switched off in the hills. Also, during the trip, it shall be the driver’s discretion to put off the AC as & when required, considering the travelers’ safety & ease of travel along uneven & dangerous routes.

Drinking & Smoking are strictly prohibited during journey due to the health & safety of fellow passengers.

No act of misconduct or indiscipline shall be tolerated on the tours. We are a cordial travel community and we aspire to bring to you a hassle-free and memorable experience.

AQUILLA HIKES (AQUILLA TRAVEL INDIA CAPTURE PRIVATE LIMITED) shall not be responsible for any delays or alterations in the program or indirectly incurred expenses in cases such as natural hazards, accidents, breakdown of machinery, weather conditions, landslides, political closure, or any untoward incidents.

We do not provide any insurance policy to cover the expenditure on sickness or accidents or losses incurred due to theft or other reasons.

Numerous factors such as weather and road conditions the physical ability of participants etc. may bring alteration in the itinerary. We reserve the right to make necessary changes in the schedule in the interest of safety, comfort, and general well-being!

An undertaking will be shared prior the booking or before the departure date of the tour which is mandatory for everyone to fill and sign. Boarding can be denied without undertaking submission.

Any damage to our booked properties/transportation by any individual will be charged from him/her only. Any injury during any activity, we will not be responsible for any mis-happenings

• If cancellations are made 60 days prior the departure date of the trip, 0% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fee. - FULL REFUND
• If cancellations are made 30 days prior the departure date of the trip, 0% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fee. - FULL REFUND
• If cancellations are made 15-30 days prior the departure date of the trip, 0% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fee. - FULL REFUND
• If cancellations are made 7-15 days prior the departure date of the trip, 0% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fee. - ADJUST YOUR FULL MONEY FOR NEXT TRIP
• If cancellations are made 0-7 days prior the departure date of the trip, 100% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fee.
