Day 0 - Departure from Delhi to Manali

• Leave from Delhi by evening & reach Manali next morning.
   

Day 1: Arrival in Manali – Local Self - Exploration

• Reach Manali by morning and check in to the hotel.
• After breakfast and some leisure, explore the local area of Manali as per your interest.
• Recommended places include Mall Road for shopping and local cuisine, Hidimba Devi Temple for a cultural experience, Vashisht Temple known for its hot water springs, and Old Manali
• which is popular for its vibrant cafés and relaxed atmosphere.
• Return to the hotel by evening. Attend a briefing session regarding the journey ahead.
• Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel in Manali.

 

Day 2: Manali to Kaza via Atal Tunnel and Kunzum La

• Early morning, begin the journey towards Spiti Valley.
• Cross into Lahaul through the Atal Tunnel, an engineering marvel, and experience a dramatic shift in landscape from lush green valleys to the stark, arid beauty of the high Himalayas.
• Continue the ascent to Kunzum La, situated at 14,931 feet, which serves as the gateway to Spiti Valley.
• En route, visit the highest suspension bridge in Asia, the Chicham Bridge.
• Proceed through the striking landscapes of the valley and arrive at Kaza by evening.
• Dinner and overnight stay at a hotel in Kaza.

 

Day 3: Kaza – Key Monastery, Hikkim, Komic, Langza

• After breakfast, proceed to explore the high-altitude villages around Kaza.
• The first stop is Key Monastery, a prominent center of Buddhist learning perched on a hilltop with panoramic views of the valley.
• Continue to Komic Village, which is one of the highest inhabited villages in the world at 4,513 meters.
• Visit Hikkim, home to the world’s highest post office, where you can send a postcard as a unique souvenir.
• Lastly, visit Langza, a village known for its giant Buddha statue and fossil-rich grounds dating back to the time when the region was submerged under the Tethys Sea.
• Return to Kaza by evening.
• Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.

 

Day 4: Kaza to Chandratal Lake via Losar and Kunzum La

• After breakfast, start the drive back towards Manali.
• En route, make a stop at Chandratal Lake.
• The journey passes through Losar and retraces the route over Kunzum Pass.
• Chandra Taal, also known as the Moon Lake, sits at an altitude of 14,000 feet and offers a tranquil setting with the Chandra Bhaga mountain range reflecting in its clear waters.
• Arrive at the campsite near the lake by evening.
• Dinner and overnight stay at the camps under a starlit sky.
   

Day 5: Chandratal to Manali – Departure for Delhi

• Begin the journey early from Chandra Taal towards Manali.
• The route includes scenic locations such as Batal and Chatru and continues through the Atal Tunnel.
• Arrive in Manali by early afternoon.
• After a brief rest and freshening up, board the overnight Volvo for Delhi.
• Overnight travel to Delhi.
   

Day 6: Arrival in Delhi

• Arrive in Delhi by morning. Trip ends with fond memories of Spiti Valley.

The advance amount is non-refundable under any circumstances.

No refunds shall be made towards any inclusion(s) not availed by the Client.

Full Payment of the trip cost must be made before the trip begins. Pending Payments may eventually lead to the cancellation of the trip.

The IDs will be verified before boarding. No boarding shall be entertained without a valid Govt. ID.

The Transfer of the bookings is not permitted. Only the names mentioned at the time of confirmation shall be allowed to travel.

Travelers must take care of their luggage & belongings. The management shall not be accountable for missing items along the tour.

The time of departure is stated & fixed. All travelers must update their status with the Trip Coordinator(s), & report at the pickup point 30 mins prior to the scheduled departure.

The Air Conditioning will be switched off in the hills. Also, during the trip, it shall be the driver’s discretion to put off the AC as & when required, considering the travelers’ safety & ease of travel along uneven & dangerous routes.

Drinking & Smoking are strictly prohibited during journey due to the health & safety of fellow passengers.

No act of misconduct or indiscipline shall be tolerated on the tours. We are a cordial travel community and we aspire to bring to you a hassle-free and memorable experience.

AQUILLA HIKES (AQUILLA TRAVEL INDIA CAPTURE PRIVATE LIMITED) shall not be responsible for any delays or alterations in the program or indirectly incurred expenses in cases such as natural hazards, accidents, breakdown of machinery, weather conditions, landslides, political closure, or any untoward incidents.

We do not provide any insurance policy to cover the expenditure on sickness or accidents or losses incurred due to theft or other reasons.

Numerous factors such as weather and road conditions the physical ability of participants etc. may bring alteration in the itinerary. We reserve the right to make necessary changes in the schedule in the interest of safety, comfort, and general well-being!

An undertaking will be shared prior the booking or before the departure date of the tour which is mandatory for everyone to fill and sign. Boarding can be denied without undertaking submission.

Any damage to our booked properties/transportation by any individual will be charged from him/her only. Any injury during any activity, we will not be responsible for any mis-happenings
