Day 3 : Jaisalmer City Sightseeing | Depart for Gurgaon
Day 4 : Reach Gurgoan by Morning 08:00 AM (Tentatively)
DAY 0 : Departure To Jaisalmer | overnight journey

Departure Location - Delhi / Gurugram Departure Time - 08:00 PM

Meet the team captain at Departure Location and get a TOUR briefing. After which, we’ll head out on an overnight journey to Jaisalmer.

DAY 1 : Jaisalmer Arrival | Jeep Safari | Camel Ride

Check in our desert resort with traditional welcome (includes dhal, tilak and welcome drink).

Take rest and evening is planned for Rajasthani Folk Dance, Local Artists, Music.

In evening, you can enjoy activities like Camel Safari, Jeep Dune Basting, Enjoy bonfire, DJ and evening snacks.

Enjoy Dinner and overnight stay in swiss tents with attached toilet.

DAY 2 : Longewala - War Memorial

After Breakfast, board your vehicle and startyour journey towards Longewala check post.

This majestic journey of 2 hours will drop you at war memorial, we'll pay tribute to our warriors and witness the magnificent battleground.

Post this we will visit Tanot Mata Mandir.

In the evening, reach back to the resort.

Enjoy the traditional Rajasthani musical program with a dance around the bonfire and light snacks. Also, enjoy the DJ party at the resort.

Enjoy dinner and Overnight stay.

DAY 3 : Jaisalmer City Sightseeing And Depart to Gurugram

Wake up lazy morning and after having breakfast, checkout from our resort.

Board your bus and we will go for City Tour of Jaisalmer which includes Magnificent Jaisalmer Fort, Gadisar Lake, Patwon ki Haveli.

Afternoon, free for leisure and you can visit nearby attractions.

Later, board your bus & Overnight journey to Delhi / Gurgaon.

DAY 4 : RETURN BACK TO GURUGRAM

Reach Gurugram in Early Morning with Loads of Memories.
❌ Any extra meals apart from the ones mentioned under inclusions.
❌ Travel Insurance, items of personal nature like porterage, tips, laundry etc.
❌ Any entry fees, extra expenses for optional activities , room heaters or tickets, unless quoted in Inclusions.
❌ Any other costing involved due to circumstances like natural calamity. weather conditions, riots, roadblocks, landslides or any other forced circumstances which are out of our control.
❌ GST (5%) is applicable extra.
❌ Anything which is not mentioned in the above inclusions.
The advance amount is non-refundable under any circumstances.

No refunds shall be made towards any inclusion(s) not availed by the Client.

Full Payment of the trip cost must be made before the trip begins. Pending Payments may eventually lead to the cancellation of the trip.

The IDs will be verified before boarding. No boarding shall be entertained without a valid Govt. ID.

The Transfer of the bookings is not permitted. Only the names mentioned at the time of confirmation shall be allowed to travel.

Travelers must take care of their luggage & belongings. The management shall not be accountable for missing items along the tour.

The time of departure is stated & fixed. All travelers must update their status with the Trip Coordinator(s), & report at the pickup point 30 mins prior to the scheduled departure.

Drinking & Smoking are strictly prohibited during journey due to the health & safety of fellow passengers.

No act of misconduct or indiscipline shall be tolerated on the tours. We are a cordial travel community and we aspire to bring to you a hassle-free and memorable experience.

AQUILLA HIKES (AQUILLA TRAVEL INDIA CAPTURE PRIVATE LIMITED) shall not be responsible for any delays or alterations in the program or indirectly incurred expenses in cases such as natural hazards, accidents, breakdown of machinery, weather conditions, landslides, political closure, or any untoward incidents.

We do not provide any insurance policy to cover the expenditure on sickness or accidents or losses incurred due to theft or other reasons.

Numerous factors such as weather and road conditions the physical ability of participants etc. may bring alteration in the itinerary. We reserve the right to make necessary changes in the schedule in the interest of safety, comfort, and general well-being!

An undertaking will be shared prior the booking or before the departure date of the tour which is mandatory for everyone to fill and sign. Boarding can be denied without undertaking submission.

Any damage to our booked properties/transportation by any individual will be charged from him/her only. Any injury during any activity, we will not be responsible for any mis-happenings
If cancellations are made 60 days prior the departure date of the trip, 0% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fee. - FULL REFUND

If cancellations are made 30 days prior the departure date of the trip, 0% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fee. - FULL REFUND

If cancellations are made 15-30 days prior the departure date of the trip, 0% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fee. - FULL REFUND

If cancellations are made 7-15 days prior the departure date of the trip, 0% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fee. - ADJUST YOUR FULL MONEY FOR NEXT TRIP

If cancellations are made 0-7 days prior the departure date of the trip, 100% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fee.
