Day 1 - Arrival in Leh – Acclimatization & Market Walk

• Arrive at Leh Airport (Kushok Bakula Rimpochee Airport) and transfer to your hotel.

• Take proper rest to acclimatize to the high altitude (11,500 ft) — avoid walking or exertion for the first few hours.

• Later in the afternoon, explore the bustling Leh Market – browse Tibetan souvenirs, pashmina shawls, and try a pastry at the German Bakery.

• Visit Shanti Stupa for a peaceful sunset and panoramic view of the Leh Valley.

• Enjoy your dinner and overnight stay at your property.

Day 2: Leh Local Sightseeing – Lamayuru - Leh

• Start your morning with a hearty breakfast, soaking in the mesmerizing views of Ladakh's rugged hills.

• If you're on a biking trip, today you'll receive your rented bikes or self-drive vehicles in Leh; check conditions and documents.

• Head out toward Lamayuru Monastery, one of the oldest in Ladakh, set in the mysterious “Moonland” terrain.

• We will visit the Sangam site in the Leh region where the Zanskar River meets the Indus River to form a beautiful confluence.

• We will also visit other tourist attractions such as Gurudwara Pathar Sahib, a spiritual and historical gem maintained by the Indian Army.

• Magnetic Hill which is an anti-gravity hill as well as The Hall of Fame which is a war memorial maintained by the Indian Army.

• Return to Leh by evening, taking in riverside and mountain vistas along the Indus.

• End the day with a warm, included dinner back at your hotel.

Day 3: Leh – Tso Moriri Lake

• Have a filling breakfast and gear up for a scenic drive to one of Ladakh’s hidden wonders – Tso Moriri Lake.
• Drive via Chumathang, known for its geothermal hot springs and prayer-flag-lined roads.
• Follow the Indus River valley, passing isolated hamlets and wild grazing yaks.
• Arrive at Korzok village beside the pristine Tso Moriri (14,836 ft) – relax with a lakeside walk and watch for migratory birds.
• Have a cozy, included dinner at your homestay or camp, wrapped in blankets beneath the stars.

Day 4: Tso Moriri – Hanle

• After breakfast with serene lake views, head toward the incredibly remote village of Hanle, near the Indo-China border.

• Drive through vast plains, quiet valleys, and rugged paths via Mahe Bridge and Loma Check Post.

• Reach Hanle, home to India’s highest astronomical observatory and the ancient Hanle Monastery perched on a hill.

• Spend your evening under one of the clearest night skies in India, perfect for stargazing.

• Enjoy a warm, included dinner and relax in the silence of the high desert.

Day 5: Hanle – Photi La – Umling La – Nurbula – Hanle

• Wake up early and enjoy breakfast before beginning a once-in-a-lifetime adventure.

• Ride up to Photi La (18,124 ft) and continue to Umling La Pass (19,024 ft) – the highest motorable road in the world!

• Continue toward Nurbula Top, with jaw-dropping views of the Changthang region’s barren beauty.

• Stop for photos, feel the crisp high-altitude air, and take in the dramatic scenery.

• Return to Hanle by evening after an adrenaline-filled day.

• Wind down with a peaceful included dinner under the stars

Day 6: Hanle – Pangong Lake via Chushul

• Enjoy a tranquil breakfast in Hanle, then begin your journey to the legendary Pangong Lake.

• Drive via Loma, Tsaga La, and Chushul, passing army camps, salt flats, and Martian-like landscapes.

• Witness the stunning change in terrain as you enter the Pangong region – from dusty brown to bright turquoise and blue.

• Arrive at the magical Pangong Lake (14,270 ft) by evening and walk along its color-changing shoreline.

• Enjoy a warm included dinner at your camp beside the water, tucked in a thick quilt under cold Himalayan winds.

Day 7: Pangong Lake – Leh via Changla Pass

• Wake up to a once-in-a-lifetime sunrise over Pangong and enjoy your breakfast by the glowing lake.

• Begin your return to Leh via Tangtse, where you can visit a quiet village monastery.

• Ascend the dramatic hairpin bends of Changla Pass (17,590 ft) – sip free army tea and breathe in the chill.

• Drive through high-altitude villages and valleys as you make your way back to Leh.

• Reach your hotel by evening and enjoy your last included dinner – celebrate with your group or quietly reflect on your journey.

Day 7: Departure from Leh

• On your final Ladakhi morning, enjoy a light breakfast while soaking in the views one last time.

• If your flight is early, ask for a packed breakfast from the hotel.

• Transfer to Leh Airport and board your flight , leaving behind the peaks but taking home unforgettable memories.
   

• Accommodation: 7 nights stay in a hotel, camp, or cottage. 

• Meals: Breakfast (Day 2, Day 3, Day 4, Day 5 ,Day 6, Day 7 & Day 8) and  Dinner from (Day 1, Day 2, Day 3, Day 4, Day 5, Day 6 & Day 7) 

• Transfers: All arrival and departure transfers as per the itinerary. 

• Permits: Inner Line Permits as required for the trip. 

• Additional Charges: Includes toll fees, taxes, parking charges, and driver allowances. 

• Travel Support: Assistance throughout the trip to ensure smooth travel. 

• Oxygen Support: Oxygen cylinder provided on specified days, if needed.

• Bike rent with fuel for 6 days from day 2 to day 7 (Model- Himayaln 411 CC )

• Entire travel from Leh to Leh by tempo traveller / cab (For Tempo Traveler Option)

• Airport Pickup (9:00 AM & 12:00 PM) & Drop (9:00 AM) according to fixed timing

• Riding Gears - Helmets, riders jacket, Elbow Guards, Knee Pads (Though it is recommended you to carry your own gears for comfort)

• Mechanical Backup

• 1 Backup jeep to carry luggage and mechanic.

• Two plastic cans to carry fuel.

   

• GST (5%) will be charged extra. 

• Any food or beverages not included in the package, such as alcoholic drinks, mineral water, meals/refreshments on highways, or lunches.

• Personal expenses like tips for drivers, entry fees to monuments/monasteries, charges for cameras/video cameras, camel safari, river rafting, laundry, telephone bills, and other miscellaneous expenses. 

• Any costs arising due to natural events such as landslides, roadblocks, etc., will be directly borne by the customer at the time. 

• The client will be responsible for any damage to the bike, except for engine damage.

• Any items or services not mentioned under inclusions. 

The advance amount is non-refundable under any circumstances.

No refunds shall be made towards any inclusion(s) not availed by the Client.

Full Payment of the trip cost must be made before the trip begins. Pending Payments may eventually lead to the cancellation of the trip.

The IDs will be verified before boarding. No boarding shall be entertained without a valid Govt. ID.

The Transfer of the bookings is not permitted. Only the names mentioned at the time of confirmation shall be allowed to travel.

Travelers must take care of their luggage & belongings. The management shall not be accountable for missing items along the tour.

The time of departure is stated & fixed. All travelers must update their status with the Trip Coordinator(s), & report at the pickup point 30 mins prior to the scheduled departure.

The Air Conditioning will be switched off in the hills. Also, during the trip, it shall be the driver’s discretion to put off the AC as & when required, considering the travelers’ safety & ease of travel along uneven & dangerous routes.

Drinking & Smoking are strictly prohibited during journey due to the health & safety of fellow passengers.

No act of misconduct or indiscipline shall be tolerated on the tours. We are a cordial travel community and we aspire to bring to you a hassle-free and memorable experience.

AQUILLA HIKES (AQUILLA TRAVEL INDIA CAPTURE PRIVATE LIMITED) shall not be responsible for any delays or alterations in the program or indirectly incurred expenses in cases such as natural hazards, accidents, breakdown of machinery, weather conditions, landslides, political closure, or any untoward incidents.

We do not provide any insurance policy to cover the expenditure on sickness or accidents or losses incurred due to theft or other reasons.

Numerous factors such as weather and road conditions the physical ability of participants etc. may bring alteration in the itinerary. We reserve the right to make necessary changes in the schedule in the interest of safety, comfort, and general well-being!

An undertaking will be shared prior the booking or before the departure date of the tour which is mandatory for everyone to fill and sign. Boarding can be denied without undertaking submission.

Any damage to our booked properties/transportation by any individual will be charged from him/her only. Any injury during any activity, we will not be responsible for any mis-happenings

• A refundable security deposit of INR 5,000 must be submitted before the trip starts.

• Any physical damage to the bike, excluding engine-related issues, must be paid directly by the rider.

• Wearing a riding jacket is mandatory at all times while riding. Riders without proper gear will not be permitted to ride.

• The itinerary may be subject to change due to factors like weather conditions, road closures, or participants’ physical fitness.

• We reserve the right to modify the schedule to ensure the safety, comfort, and overall wellbeing of the group.

• Group departures are open to participants aged 16 to 45 years due to the physically demanding nature of the itinerary.

• We do offer customized private trips for travellers outside this age group on request.
