DAY 0 : DELHI TO TAPRI VILLAGE | OVERNIGHT JOURNEY

• Depart from Delhi's Jor Bagh Metro Station / Majnu Ka Tilla for an overnight journey to Tapri.
• Start your journey - ice breaking session and get to know your co travellers.

DAY 1 : CHECK IN | ACCLIMATISE

• Catch some tourist attractions on the way to Tapri like - Shimla, Kufri, Narkanada and some snow peaked mountains with sutlej river.
• Reach Tapri, Homestay / Camps Check-in. Freshen up & rest for some time.
• Enjoy the views in the lap of nature and Followed by dinner and overnight stay.

DAY 2 : TREK DAY - YULLA BASE CAMP

• After breakfast start your drive to Yulla Village and from there to Yulla Base camp. Trek will be around 10 kms and this will take 4 - 6 hrs.
• Reach Yulla Base camp via crossing waterfalls and amazing flora and fauna forest and check in your camp under the sky. Have dinner and sleep.

DAY 3 : Trek to Krishna Temple and return to Delhi

• Breakfast & trek to Yulla Kanda, home to the highest Krishna temple in the world. Spend some time and explore.
• Trek back to Yulla Village. Have lunch on the way and then travel back to Tapri.
• Depart for Delhi in the evening.

DAY 4 : Arrival in Delhi / Early Morning

• End your journey with beautiful memories and your best and lifetime travel partners !

• Transportation from Delhi to Delhi by AC coach.
• Accommodation for Two nights in camps/rooms/cottages.
• A Total of 4 meals - 1 Meal on Day 1 (Dinner) + 2 Meal on Day 2 ( Breakfast + Dinner) + 1 Meals on Day 3 (Breakfast)
• Bonfire and Music night .
• The Trip Captain will be present at all times during the trip.
• First Aid Kits
• All required Permits
• Toll Taxes and other state taxes
• Parking Charges

• Any extra meals apart from the ones mentioned under inclusions.
• Travel Insurance, items of personal nature like porterage, tips, laundry etc.
• Any entry fees, extra expenses for optional activities , room heaters or tickets,
• unless quoted in Inclusions.
• Cost of snow-chained or 4*4 Vehicle if needed due to heavy snowfall.
• Any other costing involved due to circumstances like natural calamity.
• weather conditions, riots, roadblocks, landslides or any other forced
• circumstances which are out of our control.
• GST (5%) is applicable extra.
• Anything which is not mentioned in the above inclusions.

• The advance amount is non-refundable under any circumstances.
• Full Payment of the trip cost must be made before the trip begins. Pending Payments may eventually lead to
• the cancellation of the trip.
• The IDs will be verified before boarding. No boarding shall be entertained without a valid Govt. ID.
• The Transfer of the bookings is not permitted. Only the names mentioned at the time of confirmation shall be
• allowed to travel.
• No refunds shall be made towards any inclusion(s) not availed by the Client.
• Travelers must take care of their luggage & belongings. The management shall not be accountable for missing
• items along the tour.
• The time of departure is stated & fixed. All travelers must update their status with the Trip Coordinator(s), &
• report at the pickup point 30 mins prior to the scheduled departure.
• The Air Conditioning will be switched off in the hills. Also, during the trip, it shall be the driver’s discretion to
• put off the AC as & when required, considering the travelers’ safety & ease of travel along uneven &
• dangerous routes.
• Drinking & Smoking are strictly prohibited during journey due to the health & safety of fellow passengers.
• No act of misconduct or indiscipline shall be tolerated on the tours. We are a cordial travel community and we
• aspire to bring to you a hassle-free and memorable experience.
• AQUILLA TRAVEL INDIA CAPTURE PVT LTD (AQUILLA HIKES) shall not be responsible for any delays or alterations in
• the program or indirectly incurred expenses in cases such as natural hazards, accidents, breakdown of
• machinery, weather conditions, landslides, political closure, or any untoward incidents.
• We do not provide any insurance policy to cover the expenditure on sickness or accidents or losses incurred
• due to theft or other reasons.
• Numerous factors such as weather and road conditions the physical ability of participants etc. may bring
• alteration in the itinerary. We reserve the right to make necessary changes in the schedule in the interest of
• safety, comfort, and general well-being!
• An undertaking will be shared prior the booking or before the departure date of the tour which is mandatory for
• everyone to fill and sign.
• Any damage to our booked properties/transportation by any individual will be charged from
• him/her only. Any injury during any activity, we will not be responsible for any mis-happenings

• If cancellations are made 60 days prior the departure date of the trip, 10% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fee.
• If cancellations are made 30 days prior the departure date of the trip, 30% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fee.
• If cancellations are made 15-30 days prior the departure date of the trip, 50% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fee.
• If cancellations are made 7-15 days prior the departure date of the trip, 80% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fee.
• If cancellations are made 0-7 days prior the departure date of the trip, 100% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fee.
