Day 0 - Delhi to Kasol Overnight Journey ( 514kms, 12 Hours )

• The group assembles at the pick-up point with heaps of excitement. We'll meet the team captains and a small tour briefing session would also be provided.
• Afterward, we’ll head out for an overnight journey to Kasol. You can indulge in group bonding sessions and get to know fellow travelers along the way.

Day 1 - Chalal Village Sightseeing Day | Cafe Hopping

• Rise & Shine, you have arrived at the one and only Parvati Valley! Upon arrival in Kasol, we will check into our designated hotel where we'll have a delicious breakfast. Afterward, we'll hike towards Chalal which is a quaint village that offers beautiful views of the entire Parvati Valley.
• After spending some peaceful hours surrounded by nature, we'll head back.
• In the evening, we will visit the Local market, and indulge in Cafe Hopping to explore the array of cafes that Kasol has to offer. 

Day  2 - Trek to Kheerganga | Return to Rudranaag (15 kms)

• After enjoying a hearty breakfast early in the morning, we’ll set out for Barshaini — the starting point of our adventure. From here, our trek to Kheerganga begins, taking us through dense pine forests, charming mountain streams, and quaint little villages.
• As we make our way up, we’ll cross enchanting waterfalls, stop by cozy hillside cafes, and encounter numerous viewpoints that unveil the stunning panorama of the Parvati Valley.
• Upon reaching Kheerganga, we’ll take time to explore the breathtaking surroundings, including views of the majestic Pin Parvati range, the Tosh Glacier, and the distant Sar Pass.
• After soaking in the sights from the top, we’ll descend to Rudranaag, where our campsite awaits. Once we check into our tents, the evening will be filled with group bonding activities under the open sky.
• Later, enjoy a warm dinner and take in the beauty of a starlit night before settling in for a peaceful overnight stay at Rudranaag.

Day 3- Back to Kasol | Departure 

• After early morning breakfast, we'll check out of our campsite and descent back down to Barshaini.
• En route, we'd visit the holy Manikaran Gurudwara. Afterwards, we'll head back to Kasol.
• We'll board an overnight bus for our return journey to Delhi. Note: The visit to Manikaran Gurudwara is subject to time.

• Transportation from Delhi to Delhi by AC coach.
• Accommodation for Two nights in camps/rooms/cottages.
• A Total of 4 meals - 1 Meal on Day 1 (Breakfast) + 2 Meal on Day 2 ( Breakfast + Dinner) + 1 Meals on Day 3 (Breakfast)
• Bonfire and Music night .
• The Trip Captain will be present at all times during the trip.
• First Aid Kits
• All required Permits
• Toll Taxes and other state taxes
• Parking Chargesz

• Any extra meals apart from the ones mentioned under inclusions.
• Travel Insurance, items of personal nature like porterage, tips, laundry etc.
• Any entry fees, extra expenses for optional activities , room heaters or tickets,
• unless quoted in Inclusions.
• Cost of snow-chained or 4*4 Vehicle if needed due to heavy snowfall.
• Any other costing involved due to circumstances like natural calamity.
• weather conditions, riots, roadblocks, landslides or any other forced
• circumstances which are out of our control.
• GST (5%) is applicable extra.
• Anything which is not mentioned in the above inclusions.

• The advance amount is non-refundable under any circumstances.
• Full Payment of the trip cost must be made before the trip begins. Pending Payments may eventually lead to
• the cancellation of the trip.
• The IDs will be verified before boarding. No boarding shall be entertained without a valid Govt. ID.
• The Transfer of the bookings is not permitted. Only the names mentioned at the time of confirmation shall be
• allowed to travel.
• No refunds shall be made towards any inclusion(s) not availed by the Client.
• Travelers must take care of their luggage & belongings. The management shall not be accountable for missing
• items along the tour.
• The time of departure is stated & fixed. All travelers must update their status with the Trip Coordinator(s), &
• report at the pickup point 30 mins prior to the scheduled departure.
• The Air Conditioning will be switched off in the hills. Also, during the trip, it shall be the driver’s discretion to
• put off the AC as & when required, considering the travelers’ safety & ease of travel along uneven &
• dangerous routes.
• Drinking & Smoking are strictly prohibited during journey due to the health & safety of fellow passengers.
• No act of misconduct or indiscipline shall be tolerated on the tours. We are a cordial travel community and we
• aspire to bring to you a hassle-free and memorable experience.
• AQUILLA TRAVEL INDIA CAPTURE PVT LTD (AQUILLA HIKES) shall not be responsible for any delays or alterations in
• the program or indirectly incurred expenses in cases such as natural hazards, accidents, breakdown of
• machinery, weather conditions, landslides, political closure, or any untoward incidents.
• We do not provide any insurance policy to cover the expenditure on sickness or accidents or losses incurred
• due to theft or other reasons.
• Numerous factors such as weather and road conditions the physical ability of participants etc. may bring
• alteration in the itinerary. We reserve the right to make necessary changes in the schedule in the interest of
• safety, comfort, and general well-being!
• An undertaking will be shared prior the booking or before the departure date of the tour which is mandatory for
• everyone to fill and sign.
• Any damage to our booked properties/transportation by any individual will be charged from
• him/her only. Any injury during any activity, we will not be responsible for any mis-happenings

• If cancellations are made 60 days prior the departure date of the trip, 10% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fee.
• If cancellations are made 30 days prior the departure date of the trip, 30% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fee.
• If cancellations are made 15-30 days prior the departure date of the trip, 50% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fee.
• If cancellations are made 7-15 days prior the departure date of the trip, 80% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fee.
• If cancellations are made 0-7 days prior the departure date of the trip, 100% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fee.
