Day 1 : Departure from Delhi (09:30 PM)| Overnight journey

• Depart from Delhi's Kashmere Gate Metro Station for an overnight journey to Shimla then transfer to Sangla/Chitkul.
• Visit Kinnaur Gate and Get some cool photographs at one of most dangerous highway.
• Reach Sangla by evening and check in to your hotels/camps, freshen up & relax.
• Night Briefing session for the following day.

Day 2: Chitkul Exploration - Khab - Tabo

• Early morning freshen up & get ready for the day.
• Have breakfast and leave for Chitkul Exploration.
• Leave for Tabo via khab Sangam.
• Reach Tabo & check into your Hotel/Homestay.
• Dinner and night briefing.

Day 3: Tabo - Dhankar - Kaza

• Early morning freshen up & leave for kaza.
• Visit the Tabo Monastery (Oldest Monastery)
• Visit Dhanker Monastery which was a capital of spiti in the past
• Further we will cover Lingti the frozen waterfall
• Reach Kaza, check into your homestay, dinner and overnight stay at Kaza.

Day 4: Hikkim - Komic - Langza

• Early morning freshen up & get ready for the day.
• Head towards visiting the Highest post office in the world & write to your loved ones.
• Next, visit the highest village in the world know as Komic and Langza which is known to be the fossil village of india.
• Back to kaza by evening now you can explore local famouscafes and flea market.
• Back to Homestay dinner & overnight stay.

Day 5: Chicham Bridge - Key Monastery

• Wake up Early morning & head towards sightseeing of SpitiValley.
• Visit the iconic monastery known as - Key Monastery.
• Head towards the highest suspension bridge in asia (ChichamBridge).
• Come back to kaza and go for Self exploration in Kaza market.
• Come to homestay dinner and overnight stay at kaza

Day 6: Kaza to Kalpa

• Today Morning, pack your bags and leave for Kalpa.
• Enroute we will cover Gue Monastery and Nako Lake.
• Reach kalpa and check into your hotel. Take some rest
• Dinner and overnight stay.

Day 6: Kalpa to Shimla then transfer to Delhi

• Wake up early, have breakfast & explore Sucide point &transfer to shimla.
• Reach shimla and depart for Delhi via AC Bus.

• Transportation from Delhi to Delhi by AC coach / Shimla to Shimla.
• Accommodation for six nights in rooms/cottages.
• Meals (3 Breakfast & 3 Dinner).
• Trip Captain will be present at all times during the trip.

• Driver Allowance, Toll Taxes and other state taxes

• Any extra meals apart from the ones mentioned under inclusions.
• Travel Insurance, items of personal nature like porterage, tips, laundry etc.
• Any entry fees, extra expenses for optional activities, room heaters or tickets, unless quoted in Inclusions.
• Cost of snow-chained or 4*4 Vehicle if needed due to heavy snowfall.
• Any other costing involved due to circumstances like natural calamity. weather conditions, riots, roadblocks, landslides or any other forced circumstances which are out of our control.
• GST (5%) is applicable extra.
• Anything which is not mentioned in the above inclusions.

The advance amount is non-refundable under any circumstances.
No refunds shall be made towards any inclusion(s) not availed by the Client.
Full Payment of the trip cost must be made before the trip begins. Pending Payments may eventually lead to the cancellation of the trip.
The IDs will be verified before boarding. No boarding shall be entertained without a valid Govt. ID.
The Transfer of the bookings is not permitted. Only the names mentioned at the time of confirmation shall be allowed to travel.
Travelers must take care of their luggage & belongings. The management shall not be accountable for missing items along the tour.
The time of departure is stated & fixed. All travelers must update their status with the Trip Coordinator(s), & report at the pickup point 30 mins prior to the scheduled departure.
The Air Conditioning will be switched off in the hills. Also, during the trip, it shall be the driver’s discretion to put off the AC as & when required, considering the travelers’ safety & ease of travel along uneven & dangerous routes.
Drinking & Smoking are strictly prohibited during journey due to the health & safety of fellow passengers.
No act of misconduct or indiscipline shall be tolerated on the tours. We are a cordial travel community and we aspire to bring to you a hassle-free and memorable experience.
AQUILLA HIKES (AQUILLA TRAVEL INDIA CAPTURE PRIVATE LIMITED) shall not be responsible for any delays or alterations in the program or indirectly incurred expenses in cases such as natural hazards, accidents, breakdown of machinery, weather conditions, landslides, political closure, or any untoward incidents.
We do not provide any insurance policy to cover the expenditure on sickness or accidents or losses incurred due to theft or other reasons.
Numerous factors such as weather and road conditions the physical ability of participants etc. may bring alteration in the itinerary. We reserve the right to make necessary changes in the schedule in the interest of safety, comfort, and general well-being!
An undertaking will be shared prior the booking or before the departure date of the tour which is mandatory for everyone to fill and sign. Boarding can be denied without undertaking submission.
Any damage to our booked properties/transportation by any individual will be charged from him/her only. Any injury during any activity, we will not be responsible for any mis-happenings

If cancellations are made 30 days prior the departure date of the trip, 0% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fee. - FULL REFUND
If cancellations are made 7-30 days prior the departure date of the trip, 0% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fee. - ADJUST YOUR FULL MONEY FOR NEXT TRIP
If cancellations are made 0-7 days prior the departure date of the trip, 100% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fee. - NON REFUNDABLE
