Day 0 : Delhi To Sarhan | Overnight Journey

Depart from Delhi's Jor Bagh Metro Station / Majnu Ka Tilla for an overnight journey to Sarhan via Shimla.
Start your journey - ice breaking session and get to know your co-travellers.

Day 1: Arrival at Sarhan | Check In | Bhim Kali Temple

Enroute: Kufri – Narkanda – Rampur.
Reach Sarahan by afternoon, check-in at hotel/homestay.
Bhimakali Temple (one of the 51 Shakti Peeths)
Explore small market & local monastery.
Evening leisure time with mountain sunset view.
Overnight stay: Sarahan

Day 2: Sarhan - Chiktul | India's Last Villages

Early morning departure after breakfast.
Drive through beautiful mountain roads via Karcham – Sangla Valley.
Arrive at Chitkul, the last inhabited village of India near the Indo-Tibet border
Check-in at camp/homestay beside Baspa River
Evening bonfire / heated room & music session
Overnight stay: Chitkul

Day 3: Chiktul - Kalpa

Morning: Check out from the STAY.
Board your vehicle and begin your drive towards Kalpa.
En route, visit: Sangla Valley – Known for its picturesque landscapes. Rackcham Village – A hidden gem in the Baspa Valley. Reckong Peo – The district headquarters of Kinnaur, offering panoramic views of the Kinner Kailash range.
Evening: Check-in at your property in Kalpa and freshen up.
Enjoy dinner at Kalpa.
Overnight Stay: Property in Kalpa

Day 4: Explore Kalpa and Depart for Delhi

Morning: Wake up and have breakfast at the property.
Get ready to explore Kalpa and visit:

Accommodation for three nights in camps/rooms/cottages.

Trip Captain will be present at all times during the trip.

Driver Allowance, Toll Taxes and other state taxes
Any extra meals apart from the ones mentioned under inclusions.

Travel Insurance, items of personal nature like porterage, tips, laundry etc.

Any entry fees, extra expenses for optional activities, room heaters or tickets, unless quoted in Inclusions.

Cost of snow-chained or 4*4 Vehicle if needed due to heavy snowfall.

Any other costing involved due to circumstances like natural calamity. weather conditions, riots, roadblocks, landslides or any other forced circumstances which are out of our control.

GST (5%) is applicable extra.

Anything which is not mentioned in the above inclusions.
The advance amount is non-refundable under any circumstances.

No refunds shall be made towards any inclusion(s) not availed by the Client.

Full Payment of the trip cost must be made before the trip begins. Pending Payments may eventually lead to the cancellation of the trip.

The IDs will be verified before boarding. No boarding shall be entertained without a valid Govt. ID.

The Transfer of the bookings is not permitted. Only the names mentioned at the time of confirmation shall be allowed to travel.

Travelers must take care of their luggage & belongings. The management shall not be accountable for missing items along the tour.

The time of departure is stated & fixed. All travelers must update their status with the Trip Coordinator(s), & report at the pickup point 30 mins prior to the scheduled departure.

The Air Conditioning will be switched off in the hills. Also, during the trip, it shall be the driver’s discretion to put off the AC as & when required, considering the travelers’ safety & ease of travel along uneven & dangerous routes.

Drinking & Smoking are strictly prohibited during journey due to the health & safety of fellow passengers.

No act of misconduct or indiscipline shall be tolerated on the tours. We are a cordial travel community and we aspire to bring to you a hassle-free and memorable experience.

AQUILLA HIKES (AQUILLA TRAVEL INDIA CAPTURE PRIVATE LIMITED) shall not be responsible for any delays or alterations in the program or indirectly incurred expenses in cases such as natural hazards, accidents, breakdown of machinery, weather conditions, landslides, political closure, or any untoward incidents.

We do not provide any insurance policy to cover the expenditure on sickness or accidents or losses incurred due to theft or other reasons.

Numerous factors such as weather and road conditions the physical ability of participants etc. may bring alteration in the itinerary. We reserve the right to make necessary changes in the schedule in the interest of safety, comfort, and general well-being!

An undertaking will be shared prior the booking or before the departure date of the tour which is mandatory for everyone to fill and sign. Boarding can be denied without undertaking submission.

Any damage to our booked properties/transportation by any individual will be charged from him/her only. Any injury during any activity, we will not be responsible for any mis-happenings
If cancellations are made 30 days prior the departure date of the trip, 0% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fee. - FULL REFUND

If cancellations are made 7-30 days prior the departure date of the trip, 0% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fee. - ADJUST YOUR FULL MONEY FOR NEXT TRIP

If cancellations are made 0-7 days prior the departure date of the trip, 100% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fee. - NON REFUNDABLE
