Day 0 : Delhi To Barot | Overnight Journey

• Depart from Delhi's Jor Bagh Metro Station / Majnu Ka Tilla for an overnight journey to Barot via Chandigarh.
• Start your journey - ice breaking session and get to know your co-travellers.

Day 1: Arrival at Barot valley | Check In |Explore Local

• Catch some tourist attractions on the way to Barot valley like - Mandi, Joginder Nagar, and the UHL River.
• Reach Barot Valley and check-in to your hotel rooms and get fresh n  up for the itinerary
• Visit local market and famous tourists attractions like - Zero Point (end stop of india’s highest funicular station)
• Spend your evening by the Barot Dam, enjoy music, and dinner under the stars

Day 2: Trek Day | Winch Camp - India's highest funicular station

• Wake up early for a delicious breakfast.
• After breakfast start your trek to Winch Camp, which will be around 7 km (4 km to base camp & 3 km to Winch Camp).
• Reach Winch Camp via Col. Betty House, Magical Tunnel, Headgear Station, and trails echoing 100 years of British-era history.
• Savor home-style cooked dinner and overnight stay in camps at Winch Camp.

Day 3: Trek Down Via Lapas Waterfall | Departure for Delhi

• Wake up early and have breakfast with a mesmerizing view.
• Start trek down towards Barot Valley.
• Reach Barot Valley - Visit Lapas Waterfall (A small hike around 1.5 km) then depart in the evening.
• Overnight journey

Day 4: Delhi Arrival

• Reach Delhi early in the morning (around 6 AM).
• Trip ends with unforgettable mountain memories. 💚

• Transportation from Delhi to Delhi by AC coach.
• Accommodation for two nights in camps/rooms/cottages.

• Trip Captain will be present at all times during the trip.

• Driver Allowance, Toll Taxes and other state taxes

• Any extra meals apart from the ones mentioned under inclusions.
• Travel Insurance, items of personal nature like porterage, tips, laundry etc.
• Any entry fees, extra expenses for optional activities, room heaters or tickets, unless quoted in Inclusions.
• Cost of snow-chained or 4*4 Vehicle if needed due to heavy snowfall.
• Any other costing involved due to circumstances like natural calamity. weather conditions, riots, roadblocks, landslides or any other forced circumstances which are out of our control.
• GST (5%) is applicable extra.
• Anything which is not mentioned in the above inclusions.

The advance amount is non-refundable under any circumstances.
No refunds shall be made towards any inclusion(s) not availed by the Client.
Full Payment of the trip cost must be made before the trip begins. Pending Payments may eventually lead to the cancellation of the trip.
The IDs will be verified before boarding. No boarding shall be entertained without a valid Govt. ID.
The Transfer of the bookings is not permitted. Only the names mentioned at the time of confirmation shall be allowed to travel.
Travelers must take care of their luggage & belongings. The management shall not be accountable for missing items along the tour.
The time of departure is stated & fixed. All travelers must update their status with the Trip Coordinator(s), & report at the pickup point 30 mins prior to the scheduled departure.
The Air Conditioning will be switched off in the hills. Also, during the trip, it shall be the driver’s discretion to put off the AC as & when required, considering the travelers’ safety & ease of travel along uneven & dangerous routes.
Drinking & Smoking are strictly prohibited during journey due to the health & safety of fellow passengers.
No act of misconduct or indiscipline shall be tolerated on the tours. We are a cordial travel community and we aspire to bring to you a hassle-free and memorable experience.
AQUILLA HIKES (AQUILLA TRAVEL INDIA CAPTURE PRIVATE LIMITED) shall not be responsible for any delays or alterations in the program or indirectly incurred expenses in cases such as natural hazards, accidents, breakdown of machinery, weather conditions, landslides, political closure, or any untoward incidents.
We do not provide any insurance policy to cover the expenditure on sickness or accidents or losses incurred due to theft or other reasons.
Numerous factors such as weather and road conditions the physical ability of participants etc. may bring alteration in the itinerary. We reserve the right to make necessary changes in the schedule in the interest of safety, comfort, and general well-being!
An undertaking will be shared prior the booking or before the departure date of the tour which is mandatory for everyone to fill and sign. Boarding can be denied without undertaking submission.
Any damage to our booked properties/transportation by any individual will be charged from him/her only. Any injury during any activity, we will not be responsible for any mis-happenings

If cancellations are made 30 days prior the departure date of the trip, 0% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fee. - FULL REFUND
If cancellations are made 7-30 days prior the departure date of the trip, 0% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fee. - ADJUST YOUR FULL MONEY FOR NEXT TRIP
If cancellations are made 0-7 days prior the departure date of the trip, 100% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fee. - NON REFUNDABLE
