Day 0 : Departure from Delhi (09:30 PM)| Overnight journey

• Depart from Delhi's Kashmere Gate Metro Station for an overnight journey to Dehradun.

Day 1: Dehradun (06:30 AM) to Sankri | Check In | Acclimatise

• Start your journey - ice breaking session and get to know your co-travellers.
• Scenic drive through Mussoorie, Mori, Tons River & pine forests
• Check-in at homestay in Sankri
• Evening briefing & acclimatization walk
• Enjoy the views in the lap of nature and Followed by dinner and overnight stay.

Day 2: Sankri To Juda Ka Talab Trek (9100 ft)

• After breakfast start your Trek
• Trek distance: 4 km | 4–5 hours
• Trail passes through dense pine & maple forests
• Reach Juda Ka Talab campsite beside the frozen lake
• Hot snacks + dinner at campsite
• Overnight stay in tents

Day 3: Juda Ka Talab To Kedarkantha Base Camp (11,250 ft)

• Trek distance: 3.5 km | 3 hours
• Beautiful ridge walk with stunning views of snow-clad peaks
• Reach base camp & enjoy sunset views of Swargarohini, Bandarpoonch & Black Peak
• Early dinner & rest (summit push next morning
• Overnight stay in tents

Day 4: Summit Day – Base Camp → Kedarkantha Summit (12,500 ft) → Juda ka Talab

• Start summit push early at 2:00–3:00 AM
• Trek distance: 6–7 km total | 7–8 hours
• Reach the Kedarkantha Summit and enjoy the 360° Himalayan views
• Descend back to Base Camp for hot lunch
• Continue descending further to Juda Ka Talab campsite
• Evening snacks + dinner at campsite
• Overnight stay in tents at Juda Ka Talab

Day 5: Juda Ka Talab → Sankri → Dehradun / Delhi

• Wake up with serene lake views
• Breakfast at campsite
• Start the descent from Juda Ka Talab to Sankri
• Trek distance: 4 km | 2.5–3 hours
• Reach Sankri by late morning Freshen up + collect certificates
• Drive back to Dehradun (9–10 hours)
• Evening arrival in Dehradun
• Further overnight journey to Delhi (if opted)

• Transportation from Delhi to Delhi by AC coach / Dehradun to Dehradun.
• Accommodation for four nights in camps/rooms/cottages.
• All Meals (Day 1 Dinner to Day 5 Breakfast).
• Trip Captain will be present at all times during the trip.
• All required Permits
• Driver Allowance, Toll Taxes and other state taxes

• Any extra meals apart from the ones mentioned under inclusions.
• Travel Insurance, items of personal nature like porterage, tips, laundry etc.
• Any entry fees, extra expenses for optional activities, room heaters or tickets, unless quoted in Inclusions.
• Cost of snow-chained or 4*4 Vehicle if needed due to heavy snowfall.
• Any other costing involved due to circumstances like natural calamity. weather conditions, riots, roadblocks, landslides or any other forced circumstances which are out of our control.
• GST (5%) is applicable extra.
• Anything which is not mentioned in the above inclusions.

The advance amount is non-refundable under any circumstances.
No refunds shall be made towards any inclusion(s) not availed by the Client.
Full Payment of the trip cost must be made before the trip begins. Pending Payments may eventually lead to the cancellation of the trip.
The IDs will be verified before boarding. No boarding shall be entertained without a valid Govt. ID.
The Transfer of the bookings is not permitted. Only the names mentioned at the time of confirmation shall be allowed to travel.
Travelers must take care of their luggage & belongings. The management shall not be accountable for missing items along the tour.
The time of departure is stated & fixed. All travelers must update their status with the Trip Coordinator(s), & report at the pickup point 30 mins prior to the scheduled departure.
The Air Conditioning will be switched off in the hills. Also, during the trip, it shall be the driver’s discretion to put off the AC as & when required, considering the travelers’ safety & ease of travel along uneven & dangerous routes.
Drinking & Smoking are strictly prohibited during journey due to the health & safety of fellow passengers.
No act of misconduct or indiscipline shall be tolerated on the tours. We are a cordial travel community and we aspire to bring to you a hassle-free and memorable experience.
AQUILLA HIKES (AQUILLA TRAVEL INDIA CAPTURE PRIVATE LIMITED) shall not be responsible for any delays or alterations in the program or indirectly incurred expenses in cases such as natural hazards, accidents, breakdown of machinery, weather conditions, landslides, political closure, or any untoward incidents.
We do not provide any insurance policy to cover the expenditure on sickness or accidents or losses incurred due to theft or other reasons.
Numerous factors such as weather and road conditions the physical ability of participants etc. may bring alteration in the itinerary. We reserve the right to make necessary changes in the schedule in the interest of safety, comfort, and general well-being!
An undertaking will be shared prior the booking or before the departure date of the tour which is mandatory for everyone to fill and sign. Boarding can be denied without undertaking submission.
Any damage to our booked properties/transportation by any individual will be charged from him/her only. Any injury during any activity, we will not be responsible for any mis-happenings

If cancellations are made 30 days prior the departure date of the trip, 0% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fee. - FULL REFUND
If cancellations are made 7-30 days prior the departure date of the trip, 0% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fee. - ADJUST YOUR FULL MONEY FOR NEXT TRIP
If cancellations are made 0-7 days prior the departure date of the trip, 100% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fee. - NON REFUNDABLE
