Day 0 : Departure from Delhi (09:30 PM) | Overnight journey

• Depart from Delhi's Akshardham Metro Station for an overnight journey to Rishikesh, then transfer to Joshimath.
• Pick up from Delhi in the late evening, overnight travel to Rishikesh by bus/traveler.

Day 1: Devprayag | Joshimath Arrival & Acclimatization 

• You will begin your journey with us from Rishikesh.
• Starting the drive from Rishikesh from the
  appointed pickup point, Rishikesh bus stand, we will take the fabled Badrinath Road.
• The nine-hour drive to Joshimath will surely be long and arduous, but you are never going to run out of mesmerizing views. The great river running with us on parallel will get wilder and more fascinating as we trudge uphill.
• We will be passing by the 4 of the Panchprayag or the five holy confluences of Ganga—Devaprayag, Rudraprayag, Karnaprayag, and Nandaprayag. So, keep your cameras  ready and remain awake for most of the journey.
• Upon arivaL Joshimath, check in & have dinner & spend a night at our designated hotel.

Day 2: Joshimath to Govindghat - Pulna Village and Trek to Ghangharia

• Early morning breakfast a briefing session would be provided by our trip captain/ local guide about the Valley of Flowers trek.  Drive from Joshimath to Pulna Village (22 kms, 1 hr drive).
• Upon reaching Pulna, we will start trekking towards Ghangaria Village, which is an altitude of 9800 ft. it takes 5 hrs to reach the Ghangaria (9 kms).
• Ghangaria is a scenic hemlet and serve & the base camp for valley of flowers & Hemkund Shaheb.
• Upon reaching Ghangaria we will stay in the Hotel & have dinner before retiring for the night.
• Overnight Stay at Ghangaria

Day 3: Ghangaria - Valley of Flower - Ghangaria.

• Wake up early and enjoy breakfast before starting the day.

• The trek leader will conduct a briefing and share all the essential details for the day's trek.

• Begin the trek from Ghangaria to the Valley of Flowers (approximately 10 km, 7–8 hours). The trail ascends from around 9,600 ft to 11,500 ft but is relatively easy due to its mostly gentle and flat terrain.

• At the forest check post, obtain your entry ticket to access the Valley of Flowers.

• Explore the breathtaking Valley of Flowers, home to over 300 species of blooming alpine flowers.

• After spending quality time in the valley, trek back to Ghangaria.

• Enjoy dinner at the campsite/hotel.

• Overnight stay in Ghangaria.

Day 4: Ghangaria - Hemkund Sahib - Ghangaria.

• Enjoy an early breakfast before starting the trek to Hemkund Sahib, the world's highest Gurudwara, situated at an altitude of 15,200 ft.

• Begin the 14 km trek (approximately 9–10 hours), which involves a steep ascent along a stone-paved trail, making it one of the more challenging sections of the journey.

• Porters and mules are available along the route to carry your luggage, reducing your physical effort. Small shops on the trail also offer refreshments and basic supplies.

• Upon reaching Hemkund Sahib, pay your respects at the Gurudwara and spend some peaceful time at the sacred Hemkund Sarovar.

• After the visit, begin the descent back to Ghangaria.

• Enjoy dinner and relax after the day's trek.

• Overnight stay in Ghangaria.

Day 5: Ghangaria to Govindghat and drive to joshimath

• After your breakfast in the morning we descend to Govindghat and then drive to Joshimath.
• From this place Badrinath is 25 km away and take 1 hrs to reach. You can visit Badrinath only if road and weather conditions permit us.
• Note: Govindghat to Badrinath is a landslide-prone area in monsoon time so if our leaders find that your safety is in
  risk due to weather conditions/landslide or road blockage, we shall skip Badrinath altogether and drive to
  Joshimath directly.
• On arrival, check into the hotel. Overnight: Hotel

Day 6: Joshimath To Rishikesh

• After the refreshing morning, have a breakfast & check out from hotel.
•  We will start our return journey to Delhi via Rishikesh
• Reach Delhi by next early morning.

• 5 Breakfast & 5 Dinner

• Transportation from Delhi to Delhi by AC coach / Rishikesh To Rishikesh by Sumo/ Tempo Traveller,.
• Accommodation: 2 nights' stay in a hotel in Joshimath & 3 nights' stay in a hotel in Ghangaria in a triple/quad sharing basis.
• Meals (5 Breakfast & 5 Dinner).
• Trip Captain will be present at all times during the trip.
• All required Permits
• Driver Allowance, Toll Taxes and other state taxes

• Any extra meals apart from the ones mentioned under inclusions.
• Travel Insurance, items of personal nature like porterage, tips, laundry etc.
• Any entry fees, extra expenses for optional activities, room heaters or tickets, unless quoted in Inclusions.
• Any other costing involved due to circumstances like natural calamity. weather conditions, riots, roadblocks, landslides or any other forced circumstances which are out of our control.
• GST (5%) is applicable extra.
• Anything which is not mentioned in the above inclusions.

The advance amount is non-refundable under any circumstances.
No refunds shall be made towards any inclusion(s) not availed by the Client.
Full Payment of the trip cost must be made before the trip begins. Pending Payments may eventually lead to the cancellation of the trip.
The IDs will be verified before boarding. No boarding shall be entertained without a valid Govt. ID.
The Transfer of the bookings is not permitted. Only the names mentioned at the time of confirmation shall be allowed to travel.
Travelers must take care of their luggage & belongings. The management shall not be accountable for missing items along the tour.
The time of departure is stated & fixed. All travelers must update their status with the Trip Coordinator(s), & report at the pickup point 30 mins prior to the scheduled departure.
The Air Conditioning will be switched off in the hills. Also, during the trip, it shall be the driver’s discretion to put off the AC as & when required, considering the travelers’ safety & ease of travel along uneven & dangerous routes.
Drinking & Smoking are strictly prohibited during journey due to the health & safety of fellow passengers.
No act of misconduct or indiscipline shall be tolerated on the tours. We are a cordial travel community and we aspire to bring to you a hassle-free and memorable experience.
AQUILLA HIKES (AQUILLA TRAVEL INDIA CAPTURE PRIVATE LIMITED) shall not be responsible for any delays or alterations in the program or indirectly incurred expenses in cases such as natural hazards, accidents, breakdown of machinery, weather conditions, landslides, political closure, or any untoward incidents.
We do not provide any insurance policy to cover the expenditure on sickness or accidents or losses incurred due to theft or other reasons.
Numerous factors such as weather and road conditions the physical ability of participants etc. may bring alteration in the itinerary. We reserve the right to make necessary changes in the schedule in the interest of safety, comfort, and general well-being!
An undertaking will be shared prior the booking or before the departure date of the tour which is mandatory for everyone to fill and sign. Boarding can be denied without undertaking submission.
Any damage to our booked properties/transportation by any individual will be charged from him/her only. Any injury during any activity, we will not be responsible for any mis-happenings

If cancellations are made 30 days prior the departure date of the trip, 0% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fee. - FULL REFUND
If cancellations are made 7-30 days prior the departure date of the trip, 0% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fee. - ADJUST YOUR FULL MONEY FOR NEXT TRIP
If cancellations are made 0-7 days prior the departure date of the trip, 100% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fee. - NON REFUNDABLE
