Day 0 : Delhi To Udaipur | Overnight Journey Depart from Iffco Chowk Metro Station for an overnight journey to Udaipur. Start your journey - ice breaking session and get to know your co-travellers.

Day 1: Arrival at City Of Lakes | Check In |Explore Local Reach Udaipur, and check in at hotel. Relax, freshen up at the hotel. Post this, leave for Udaipur sightseeing. Today we will visit Lake pichola,City Palace, Ghangaur ghat, Jag Mandir(via boat ride, if time permits & at own expense) & Jagdish Temple. Reach back to the hotel. Dinner will be served. Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 2: Fateh Sagar Lake | Monsoon Palace | Bahubali Hills After a delicious breakfast, leave for Explore Fateh Sagar Lake-Enjoy the peaceful waters and surrounding views Optional boat ride available (at personal cost) Monsoon Palace (Sajjangarh Fort)—Hilltop royal palace offering panoramic views of Udaipur and Aravalli Hills and Great spot for photography and sunset views Badi Lake-Ideal for peaceful moments and nature lover. Bahubali Hills-A short hike leads to a famous viewpoint near Badi Lake Reach back to the hotel. Dinner will be served. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 3: Mount Abu Sightseeing | Departure for Gurgaon. Wake up early in the morning and have your breakfast. After breakfast, leave for Mount Abu (3-4 hr drive). Reach Mt Abu and visit Nakki Lake, Dilwara Jain temples & Mount Abu Mall Road. After sightseeing, depart for Gurugram. Overnight journey to Gurugram

Day 4: Gurgaon Arrival Reach Gurgaon early in the morning (around 6 AM). Trip ends with unforgettable mountain memories. 💚

• Any Extra Transport or Taxi Outside the itinerary.
• Any other costing involved due to circumstances like natural calamity. weather conditions, riots, roadblocks, landslides or any other forced circumstances which are out of our control.
• GST (5%) is applicable extra.
• Anything which is not mentioned in the above inclusions.

The advance amount is non-refundable under any circumstances.
No refunds shall be made towards any inclusion(s) not availed by the Client.
Full Payment of the trip cost must be made before the trip begins. Pending Payments may eventually lead to the cancellation of the trip.
The IDs will be verified before boarding. No boarding shall be entertained without a valid Govt. ID.
The Transfer of the bookings is not permitted. Only the names mentioned at the time of confirmation shall be allowed to travel.
Travelers must take care of their luggage & belongings. The management shall not be accountable for missing items along the tour.
The time of departure is stated & fixed. All travelers must update their status with the Trip Coordinator(s), & report at the pickup point 30 mins prior to the scheduled departure.
The Air Conditioning will be switched off in the hills. Also, during the trip, it shall be the driver’s discretion to put off the AC as & when required, considering the travelers’ safety & ease of travel along uneven & dangerous routes.
Drinking & Smoking are strictly prohibited during journey due to the health & safety of fellow passengers.
No act of misconduct or indiscipline shall be tolerated on the tours. We are a cordial travel community and we aspire to bring to you a hassle-free and memorable experience.
AQUILLA HIKES (AQUILLA TRAVEL INDIA CAPTURE PRIVATE LIMITED) shall not be responsible for any delays or alterations in the program or indirectly incurred expenses in cases such as natural hazards, accidents, breakdown of machinery, weather conditions, landslides, political closure, or any untoward incidents.
We do not provide any insurance policy to cover the expenditure on sickness or accidents or losses incurred due to theft or other reasons.
Numerous factors such as weather and road conditions the physical ability of participants etc. may bring alteration in the itinerary. We reserve the right to make necessary changes in the schedule in the interest of safety, comfort, and general well-being!
An undertaking will be shared prior the booking or before the departure date of the tour which is mandatory for everyone to fill and sign. Boarding can be denied without undertaking submission.
Any damage to our booked properties/transportation by any individual will be charged from him/her only. Any injury during any activity, we will not be responsible for any mis-happenings

If cancellations are made 30 days prior the departure date of the trip, 0% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fee. - FULL REFUND
If cancellations are made 7-30 days prior the departure date of the trip, 0% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fee. - ADJUST YOUR FULL MONEY FOR NEXT TRIP
If cancellations are made 0-7 days prior the departure date of the trip, 100% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fee. - NON REFUNDABLE
