The departure time is fixed. All travellers must update their status with the Trip Coordinator(s) and report at the pickup point 30 minutes before the scheduled departure.āļø Air Conditioning
Air conditioning will be switched off in the hills. During the trip, the driver may switch off the AC when required, considering the travellers' safety and ease of travel along uneven and dangerous routes.š Drinking & Smoking
Drinking and smoking are strictly prohibited during the journey due to the health and safety of fellow passengers.š¤ Discipline & Conduct
No act of misconduct or indiscipline shall be tolerated on the tours. We are a cordial travel community and aim to provide a hassle-free and memorable experience.ā ļø Unforeseen Circumstances
Aquilla Hikes (Aquilla Travel India Capture Private Limited) shall not be responsible for delays or alterations in the program or indirectly incurred expenses in cases such as natural hazards, accidents, breakdown of machinery, weather conditions, landslides, political closure or other untoward incidents.š Undertaking
