DAY 0 : DELHI TO HARSHIL VALLEY | OVERNIGHT JOURNEY

• Depart from Delhi's Jor Bagh Metro Station / Majnu Ka Tilla for an overnight journey to Harshil Valley.
• Start your journey - ice breaking session and get to know your co travellers.

DAY 1 : UTTARKASHI AND REACH HARSHIL VALLEY

• Reach Harshil around 2 to 3 Pm, do check-in to your hotel and after freshening up, we will go on an evening walk towards Bagori village where we can witness their tradition, culture, architecture, handcrafts and many more.
• After completing your evening walk, head back to your hotel where dinner will be served and then we will take rest

DAY 2 : VISIT GARTANG GALI & GANGOTRI DHAM

• Wake up to a refreshed morning in the valley of Harshil. After having breakfast, we will travel towards Gartang Gali. To reach there we have to do a 2 kms trek (one side).
• After spending some time at 152 years old wooden bridge/stairs, we will now travel towards Gangotri Dham. Reach Gangotri Dham at afternoon, have lunch there (by your own), spend some time there, witness evening Ganga Arti and then head back to you Hotel.
• After reaching to your hotel, get freshen up, have dinner after that and then rest

DAY 3 : LAMA TOP TREK & RETURN TO DELHI

• Get up early then be ready for your hike towards Lama Top, which is about 2.5 km. After spending some time at Lama Top, We will head back to the hotel.
• After breakfast, we check out of the hotel. Then we will retrace the same route to Delhi.
• We will have a halt for Lunch & dinner (By your own) in route to Delhi and then will restart our journey to Delhi.

✅The Trip Captain will be present at all times during the trip.

❌ Travel Insurance, items of personal nature like porterage, tips, laundry etc.
❌ Any entry fees, extra expenses for optional activities , room heaters or tickets, unless quoted in Inclusions.
❌ Cost of snow-chained or 4*4 Vehicle if needed due to heavy snowfall.
❌ Any other costing involved due to circumstances like natural calamity. weather conditions, riots, roadblocks, landslides or any other forced circumstances which are out of our control.
❌ GST (5%) is applicable extra.
❌ Anything which is not mentioned in the above inclusions.

The advance amount is non-refundable under any circumstances.

No refunds shall be made towards any inclusion(s) not availed by the Client.

Full Payment of the trip cost must be made before the trip begins. Pending Payments may eventually lead to the cancellation of the trip.

The IDs will be verified before boarding. No boarding shall be entertained without a valid Govt. ID.

The Transfer of the bookings is not permitted. Only the names mentioned at the time of confirmation shall be allowed to travel.

Travelers must take care of their luggage & belongings. The management shall not be accountable for missing items along the tour.

The time of departure is stated & fixed. All travelers must update their status with the Trip Coordinator(s), & report at the pickup point 30 mins prior to the scheduled departure.

The Air Conditioning will be switched off in the hills. Also, during the trip, it shall be the driver’s discretion to put off the AC as & when required, considering the travelers’ safety & ease of travel along uneven & dangerous routes.

Drinking & Smoking are strictly prohibited during journey due to the health & safety of fellow passengers.

No act of misconduct or indiscipline shall be tolerated on the tours. We are a cordial travel community and we aspire to bring to you a hassle-free and memorable experience.

AQUILLA HIKES (AQUILLA TRAVEL INDIA CAPTURE PRIVATE LIMITED) shall not be responsible for any delays or alterations in the program or indirectly incurred expenses in cases such as natural hazards, accidents, breakdown of machinery, weather conditions, landslides, political closure, or any untoward incidents.

We do not provide any insurance policy to cover the expenditure on sickness or accidents or losses incurred due to theft or other reasons.

Numerous factors such as weather and road conditions the physical ability of participants etc. may bring alteration in the itinerary. We reserve the right to make necessary changes in the schedule in the interest of safety, comfort, and general well-being!

An undertaking will be shared prior the booking or before the departure date of the tour which is mandatory for everyone to fill and sign. Boarding can be denied without undertaking submission.

Any damage to our booked properties/transportation by any individual will be charged from him/her only. Any injury during any activity, we will not be responsible for any mis-happenings

• If cancellations are made 60 days prior the departure date of the trip, 0% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fee. - FULL REFUND
• If cancellations are made 30 days prior the departure date of the trip, 0% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fee. - FULL REFUND
• If cancellations are made 15-30 days prior the departure date of the trip, 0% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fee. - FULL REFUND
• If cancellations are made 7-15 days prior the departure date of the trip, 0% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fee. - ADJUST YOUR FULL MONEY FOR NEXT TRIP
• If cancellations are made 0-7 days prior the departure date of the trip, 100% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fee.
