🌙 Overnight journey towards Himachal Pradesh

Day 1 : McLeodganj | Local Exploration | Chalal Trek
🌄 Arrive in McLeodganj in the morning
🏨 Check in and freshen up at the accommodation
💦 Visit Bhagsu Waterfall, a scenic waterfall surrounded by forested mountains
🛕 Visit Bhagsunath Temple, a historic temple located near Bhagsu
🙏 Explore the Dalai Lama Monastery and experience the spiritual and cultural side of McLeodganj
☕ Explore Tibetan markets, cafés and local food
🥾 Enjoy the Chalal Trek and surrounding mountain trails
🌙 Return to the accommodation and spend the night in McLeodganj

Day 2 : Triund Trek | Camping
🍳 Start the day with an early breakfast
🚐 Head towards the trek starting point at Dharamkot / Galu Devi Temple
🥾 Begin the approximately 9 km uphill trek towards Triund
🌲 The trail passes through pine forests, rhododendron trees and mountain streams
🏔️ Reach Triund Top and enjoy panoramic views of the Dhauladhar range
📸 Spend some time exploring the surroundings and capturing the mountain views
🔥 In the evening, enjoy camping, bonfire and dinner under the stars
⛺ Overnight stay at the Triund campsite

Day 3 : Triund → McLeodganj | Departure for Delhi
🌄 Wake up early and experience the sunrise from Triund
🥾 Begin the trek back towards McLeodganj
🏨 Refresh at the hotel after reaching McLeodganj
☕ If time permits, enjoy some local sightseeing or café hopping
🚌 Depart for Delhi in the evening
🌙 Overnight journey, with arrival in Delhi around 6 AM the following morning

Entry fees, optional activities, room heaters or tickets unless specifically mentioned.

🚙 Snow-chain / 4x4 Charges
Snow-chain or 4×4 vehicle charges if required due to heavy snowfall.

🌧️ Natural Calamities
Additional expenses arising from natural calamities, weather conditions, roadblocks, landslides or other circumstances beyond control.

🧾 GST
GST – 5% extra. Anything not specifically mentioned under inclusions is excluded.

💰 Advance Amount
The advance amount is non-refundable under any circumstances.

💳 Payment
Full payment of the trip cost must be made before the trip begins. Pending payments may eventually lead to cancellation of the trip.

🎟️ Unused Inclusions
No refunds shall be made towards any inclusion(s) not availed by the client.

🪪 Valid Government ID
IDs will be verified before boarding. No boarding shall be entertained without a valid Government ID.

👥 Booking Transfer
Transfer of bookings is not permitted. Only the names mentioned at the time of confirmation shall be allowed to travel.

🧳 Luggage & Belongings
Travellers must take care of their luggage and belongings. Management shall not be accountable for missing items along the tour.

🛡️ Insurance
We do not provide any insurance policy to cover expenditure on sickness, accidents or losses incurred due to theft or other reasons.

🌦️ Weather & Road Conditions
Weather and road conditions may affect the itinerary. Aquilla Hikes reserves the right to make necessary changes in the schedule in the interest of safety, comfort and overall well-being.

⏰ Departure Time
The departure time is fixed. All travellers must update their status with the Trip Coordinator(s) and report at the pickup point 30 minutes before the scheduled departure.

❄️ Air Conditioning
Air conditioning will be switched off in the hills. During the trip, the driver may switch off the AC when required, considering the travellers' safety and ease of travel along uneven and dangerous routes.

🚭 Drinking & Smoking
Drinking and smoking are strictly prohibited during the journey due to the health and safety of fellow passengers.

🤝 Discipline & Conduct
No act of misconduct or indiscipline shall be tolerated on the tours. We are a cordial travel community and aim to provide a hassle-free and memorable experience.

⚠️ Unforeseen Circumstances
Aquilla Hikes (Aquilla Travel India Capture Private Limited) shall not be responsible for delays or alterations in the program or indirectly incurred expenses in cases such as natural hazards, accidents, breakdown of machinery, weather conditions, landslides, political closure or other untoward incidents.

📝 Undertaking
An undertaking will be shared prior to booking or before the departure date of the tour. It is mandatory for everyone to fill and sign. Boarding can be denied without submission of the undertaking.

⚠️ Damage & Injury
Any damage to booked properties or transportation by an individual will be charged to that individual. Aquilla Hikes will not be responsible for any injury caused during an activity or for any related mishaps.

💰 Advance Amount
The advance/booking amount is non-refundable under any circumstances.

📅 Cancellation Refund
The applicable refund will be determined based on the number of days remaining before the scheduled departure date:

🟢 30+ days before departure
90% refund

🟡 15–30 days before departure
75% refund

🟠 7–15 days before departure
50% refund

🔴 0–7 days before departure
No refund

📌 Important
• Cancellation requests must be communicated to Aquilla Hikes through the official booking channel.
• The refund percentage will be applicable as per the cancellation timeline mentioned above.
• The advance/booking amount remains non-refundable even if the booking is cancelled within an eligible refund period.
• No refund will be provided for services or inclusions that remain unused during the trip.
• Refund processing, where applicable, will be done after cancellation is confirmed by Aquilla Hikes.
