Depart from Jor Bagh Metro Station in Delhi for an overnight journey towards Almora. 🤝 Start the trip with an ice-breaking session and get to know your fellow travellers. 🌙 Overnight journey towards Kumaon.

🌲 Day 1 : Kasar Devi | Temple Visit | Local Exploration

Reach Almora and check into the allotted room / cottage / Swiss camp. 🏨 Freshen up and rest. 🛕 Visit Kasar Devi Temple, located on a hilltop overlooking the Kumaon Valley. 🚶 Enjoy a relaxed village walk. ☕ Explore local cafés and the surrounding area. 🌅 Head to a sunset viewpoint and enjoy the peaceful Kumaon landscape. 🍽️ Dinner followed by overnight stay.

🏔️ Day 2 : Almora → Munsiyari | Bageshwar | Birthi Falls

🍳 Have breakfast and begin the journey towards Munsiyari.

🏞️ Bageshwar
Stop at this spiritual town situated around the confluence of the Saryu and Gomti rivers.

💦 Birthi Waterfall
Take a scenic break at the spectacular waterfall, approximately 126 metres high, and enjoy the surrounding mountain landscape.

🚐 Continue the drive towards Munsiyari. 🏨 Check into the accommodation and relax. 🌙 Overnight stay in Munsiyari.

🥾 Day 3 : Khaliya Top Trek & Zero Point

🍳 Start the morning with breakfast. 🚐 Drive towards Balati Bend, the starting point of the Khaliya Top trek. 🥾 Begin the trek through the Himalayan forest and gradually climb towards Khaliya Top. 🏔️ Reach the top and enjoy spectacular views of:

• Panchachuli
• Nanda Kot
• Rajrambha
• Surrounding Himalayan ranges

📸 Spend time at the top enjoying the open alpine landscape.

🏔️ Optional Zero Point
For travellers who want to continue further, trek towards Zero Point for wider Himalayan views. 🌅 Enjoy the sunset and surrounding mountain scenery. 🔥 Warm dinner followed by an overnight stay under the stars.

🌄 Day 4 : Trek Down → Delhi

🌅 Wake up and enjoy the sunrise over the snow-covered Himalayan peaks. 🍳 Have breakfast at the campsite. 🥾 Begin the descent towards Munsiyari. 🚐 After reaching Munsiyari, prepare for the return journey. 🚌 Depart for Delhi in the afternoon. 🌙 Overnight journey towards Delhi.

🌅 Day 5 : Delhi Arrival

Reach Delhi at approximately 4 AM, tentatively. 💚 Trip ends with unforgettable mountain memories.

• 🌧️ Unforeseen Expenses — Additional costs arising from natural calamities, weather conditions, roadblocks, landslides or other circumstances beyond control.
• ❌ Anything Not Mentioned — Any service or expense not specifically mentioned under inclusions is excluded.

💰 Advance Amount
The advance amount is non-refundable under any circumstances.

💳 Payment
Full payment of the trip cost must be made before the trip begins. Pending payments may eventually lead to cancellation of the trip.

🎟️ Unused Inclusions
No refunds shall be made towards any inclusion(s) not availed by the client.

🪪 Valid Government ID
IDs will be verified before boarding. No boarding shall be entertained without a valid Government ID.

👥 Booking Transfer
Transfer of bookings is not permitted. Only the names mentioned at the time of confirmation shall be allowed to travel.

🧳 Luggage & Belongings
Travellers must take care of their luggage and belongings. Management shall not be accountable for missing items along the tour.

🛡️ Insurance
We do not provide any insurance policy to cover expenditure on sickness, accidents or losses incurred due to theft or other reasons.

🌦️ Weather & Road Conditions
Weather and road conditions may affect the itinerary. Aquilla Hikes reserves the right to make necessary changes in the schedule in the interest of safety, comfort and overall well-being.

⏰ Departure Time
The departure time is fixed. All travellers must update their status with the Trip Coordinator(s) and report at the pickup point 30 minutes before the scheduled departure.

❄️ Air Conditioning
Air conditioning will be switched off in the hills. During the trip, the driver may switch off the AC when required, considering the travellers' safety and ease of travel along uneven and dangerous routes.

🚭 Drinking & Smoking
Drinking and smoking are strictly prohibited during the journey due to the health and safety of fellow passengers.

🤝 Discipline & Conduct
No act of misconduct or indiscipline shall be tolerated on the tours. We are a cordial travel community and aim to provide a hassle-free and memorable experience.

⚠️ Unforeseen Circumstances
Aquilla Hikes (Aquilla Travel India Capture Private Limited) shall not be responsible for delays or alterations in the program or indirectly incurred expenses in cases such as natural hazards, accidents, breakdown of machinery, weather conditions, landslides, political closure or other untoward incidents.

📝 Undertaking
An undertaking will be shared prior to booking or before the departure date of the tour. It is mandatory for everyone to fill and sign. Boarding can be denied without submission of the undertaking.

⚠️ Damage & Injury
Any damage to booked properties or transportation by an individual will be charged to that individual. Aquilla Hikes will not be responsible for any injury caused during an activity or for any related mishaps.

💰 Advance Amount
The advance/booking amount is non-refundable under any circumstances.

📅 Cancellation Refund
The applicable refund will be determined based on the number of days remaining before the scheduled departure date:

🟢 30+ days before departure
90% refund

🟡 15–30 days before departure
75% refund

🟠 7–15 days before departure
50% refund

🔴 0–7 days before departure
No refund

• Cancellation requests must be communicated to Aquilla Hikes through the official booking channel.
• The refund percentage will be applicable as per the cancellation timeline mentioned above.
• The advance/booking amount remains non-refundable even if the booking is cancelled within an eligible refund period.
• No refund will be provided for services or inclusions that remain unused during the trip.
• Refund processing, where applicable, will be done after cancellation is confirmed by Aquilla Hikes.
